As part of our SS21 collection All Our Children, working closely with London based accessories specialist Stevan Saville we produced our first range of bags – the Woven Book Bags and the Vintage Lunch Box Bags.
Our Woven Book Bags are inspired by childhood reading wallets, with woven fabrics developed by San Patrignano utilising Hachette Books’ book waste of childhood classic ‘Horrid Henry’.
Social Manufacturer San Patrignano weaves with waste materials, to create statement fabrics for our collections, with heritage techniques and social responsibility at heart. Used as the statement fabric for our Woven Book Bags. The Woven Book Bag comes in 4 sizes with a detachable crossbody belt, a customer nameplate, and is made from 100% vegan products.
Our Vintage Lunch Box Bag combines one-of-a-kind children’s lunchboxes meaning no two bags are the same. This features the same custom woven fabrics created by San Patrignano from book waste donated by Hachette Books of Horrid Henry. The Vintage Lunch Box Bag comes with a detachable crossbody belt and is made from 100% vegan products.
We've continued to develop these styles as signature Bethany Williams Accessories available across seasons.
